manager is very rude and hides in her office or dosn't return phone calls. She should not be in charge because she passes the buck down to her other employee's to deal with issues that she needs to handle. The apartments are cheaply made and they charge a fortune. Be smart get a house.

I agree. What's up with all the staff leaving? Four people have left this month. Management doesn't seem to care about employees leaving only about decorating their office. I am told that I can only deal with the manager. But she never returns my calls and is never at the office past five. I work out of town. It's not as if I can "run down to the office" on my lunch break. She should make herself accesible to her tenants, not the other way around.

Hey what is up with all the staff turn over? Where there's smoke there's fire. Some one in upper management needs to get a clue.
