MOLD MOLD MOLD!!! It's every where! It's because of the junk windows and the fact that the dryer pretty much vents into the apartment! Then you're told that you have to keep all the mold cleaned up and any damages from it will be paid for by you. That's insane! Everytime I wash clothes and run them through the dryer water runs off the walls and the apartment gets so humid it's so uncomfortable.

There are just so many problems with these apartments. For the price you'd hope for alot more...

I'd never recommend bellwether to anyone. All big let down.

Finally someone give it back! Yes, mold is everywhere! Especially in Washington. Go on your computer and type in the word "mold" go to the EPA website and they will tell you everything you never wanted to know! When I turn in a work order...it get fixed and I do not have a problem with mold when I wash and dry my clothes...but then again I use my laundry room fan!

FYI: King5 actually showed the moldy apartment on the news and those tenants and there apt. looked pretty freakin clean to me. Ya, it's Washington but your lease agreement has a thing called a "mold addendum" which states that if a resident finds mold in his/her apartment that he/she is obigated to report it to the management. Management is supposed to take care of the problem in a timely manner and if they don't, then THEY are in violation of their own lease agreement. Try talking to a lawyer before you start accusing people of breaking rules my friend. And I agree that Michelle is a great manager. (FYI: We were never complaining about her in particular.)
