You've finally decided to conduct mold inspections. All it took was months of complaining. Oh, and that story on KING-5 news. Thanks for nothing.
You should all be fired, then maybe next time you would remember that it's the tenants who pay your salary. You should be bending over backward to make us happy. And maybe at your next job you will remember to listen to residents instead of belittling them if they have issues.
I'm moving as soon as my lease is up. I would advise other residents to do the same. I discourage anyone from living here.

I am writing a responce to this as a past resident and former employee. We as employee's had nothing to do with how your apartment was taken care of that falls on managment and the upper big wigs! Please don't blame us and I know for a fact I wasn't fired...I got tired of the crap there and quit!

Again...come on guys! the King 5 news? let it go! Anyone who has been at the biting edge of the media knows it is one-sided. Like the news story on certain Doctors...they find the worst of the worst and make up stuff as they go along so it is a story. Does that make every Dr in that field bad? No! One tenant who doesn't know how to read, goes to the media...give it a rest! I have lived at Bellwether for several years and know a lot of happy residents that have become my friends over the years. Bellwether is one of the nicest complexes in Olympia. inflation happens, unfortunatley my rent goes up...I may not like it, but it is a fact of life! Don't you want a payraise every year to cover the cost of inflation? same idea. I am starting to think as I read through these (4th one) ratings that they are mosting from disgruntled employees and/or perhaps angry tenants who do not like to follow the complex rules.

To Bellwethertenantsunited: You appear to be a cut above the average bear based on your response. I was not an employee, but was a tenant. Things appeared to go downhill during the upgrade of the buildings. Why? Pressure on staff from higher staff, employees being treated as peons, and the concept of one large family became corporate, fill the digs and fill the digs with anyone that pays the rent. I can still recall the young man that was prosecuted for his interface with girls and the sorry outcome for all concerned. Screening? I believe for the paperwork exercise only. By the way, I was quite content with Lee(Maint) and Bonnie in the Mgt role. Some time before they left, the place started (my opinion only) downhill. I am no longer an apartment dweller and can assure all that if you don't care for your unruly kids, and pick up after your animals I will not be there to gripe, I will consider where you came from, and will try to document the trailer park you hailed from. Of course I speak of just a few, but proper screening, and supervisory interface helps solve the problems of the many!!! |
