when you have a great product to sell, wouldn't you want feedback from the very people who run and opporate you community day in and day out. you just wouldn't want someone who blew in just a couple of hours a week, and then when you do try to approach them with new ideas or maybe a more productive way to handle sitiuations, it might be taken as a new tool to work with you and your staff. I am a firm believer if you treat your employee's well you will give them pride and onwership of their property and only want the best for it, but sadly still in this day and age we still have certain managers that lead with fear and intimidation. It may last for a while, but sadly you have lost many great employee's. or as we we told by our manager just plain insubordinate,
