since i have lived in olympia i have always driven by the bellwether and wondered what it would be like. now having lived there i can honestly say that is it one of the best in town by far!!! from maintenence to management the complex ALWAYS were great.they have taken possitve steps in the right direction, from remodeling to checking apts. for keeping up a classy and clean look!!!

Hmmm... it seems that you didn't live here when King 5 News came out to do the story on the mold growing in these apartments, and you probably didn't happen to notice that the turnover rate for office staff here is faster than a speeding bullet, and you might have been too busy to read all of the other reviews on this site that are actually TRUE!!!

Sounds to me like management is responding to/writing these reviews thereby falsely inflating their ratings. They haven't been remodeling apartments, they've been remodeling their own offices. That shows exactly who management thinks is important here. Themselves.

Uh huh. You must be management. Howcome you aren't commenting on the miniscule kitchens and the half size patio doors you can hardly walk through? What about the lack of security and lack of concern of management regarding the low class neighbors allowed in? But forget all that, what about the ATROCIOUS RENT once they've hooked you in with their move-in "specials" -- Run the other way, quick!

Wow.... I just looked into moving to the Bellweather apts. I liked what I saw..I didn't think they looked that "bad" they have more to offer than where I'm at now. So whats up???
