DO NOT BOTHER!!!

Please, pass this chance to throw your money away. It is overpriced and the apartments are junk. Bad carpet, poor excuses for appliances, and extremely RUDE staff. They pretend to listen but you can read their body language that they just want to get you out of the way so they can sit in their office and gossip all day.

They told us it was all newly redone and one of their best apartments. PLEASE!! There are chunks missing out of the bottom of the kitchen counters, several spots where the wooden trim along the bottom of the walls are missing pieces up to 12 inches, paint slopped around all the wooden cabinets, washer and dryer that are older than I am (and I am in my twenties), screens missing from my windows, the screen door to the deck warped like someone fell through the thing, and my apartment is the only one I knew of that had both a dead bolt and sliding lock on the door because the door wouldn't stay closed!! And the carpets were crap to begin with! If MY apartment was a good one, I'd hate to see a bad one!!

And the maintenance staff won't fix anything unless you complain for over a week about it - then it is a mere temporary fix on top of that. Not only this but one of the newer maintenance guys has a brother who is nothing but trouble. Making noise at night and causing fights with other tenants at 3am!

And if you are military - find another place. They do not respect what you or your families are going through. We told them we wanted a nice, quiet apartment where my husband could relax after coming home from Fort Lewis - so they put us next to a DAY CARE CENTER (not a part of the apartments) where there are not only kids screaming all day and into the night but their 'sitters' holler so loud you can hear them with the windows closed.

They do have one nice thing though - they have people come in on a daily basis to make the grounds look nice. New flowers and bright green grass. They make the pools glisten and the bushes are sculpted so when you enter the premises, you actually think "This place looks so beautiful!" That's when you are suckered into renting from them.

BEST ADVICE - don't waste any time on this place or you will regret it. This place has been blacklisted for military personnel and is notorious for being one of it not the WORST PLACE TO LIVE in the area!

The appliances are definitely from 1972. Even when they say it's "new" it still squeaks, whines or doesn't work properly.
