The ONLY thing that made the Bellwether a home & worth living at was Robert Jean the maintenance man who actually cared that you felt at home in your apartment! He had a very respectable work ethic & took pride in the work he performed in your home; always respectful & immaculant looking repairs :) Robert was the reason I & so many of my neighbors felt safe in their apartment & stayed as a resident for so many years! You don't find genuine men like him anymore & unfortunately he was not respected enough! My ratings below reflect current conditions NOT when Robert was taking care of the property!
