I have rented at Black Lake for many years. The complaints I see listed are common problems in all apartment communities. If you don't want to hear your neighbors, get a house. I have dealt with a leak and it was taken care of quickly. The management cannot help the age of the pipes. I guess they need to ask all tenants to move out so they can tear out all the walls and put in new pipes. As if that would happen. People need to get a life and find something else to complain about - like the world situation and unemployment. You live in an apartment not a hotel.
