The management is very unfriendly. When asked to fix something in the apartment, they may get to you in 3-5 days. When they do fix the problems it is always the tenants fault. Every apartment has economy toilets therefore you either flush three times or face backed up toilets on a daily basis. The management claims that no one ever had that problem before, it is a lie. Ask anyone in the complex.

Do not be impress by the swimming pool or the exercize area. It is often closed and the hours are not convenient to a working person.

Be prepared to be nicholed and dimed to death!

The walls are thin, parking is a problem, even the management disregards the handicap laws.

I do not recommend these apartments. If you are my worst enemy, please move in. They lock you in for a year and we need someone to take our apartment so we can move.
