I lived there for 2 years and in that two years they never fixed anything correctly. When the earthquack happened I asked them to look at the windows and other cracks and was told it wasn't the earthquack but my children running in the apartment. The walls would get mold on them. If you pay for covered parking then be prepared to have everyone and anyone use your space and have the management tell you that they can't do anything about it.

If you have teenagers that don't look "normal" as in if they are into rock music or black clothes as most teenagers are. Then be ready for everything to be blamed on your teenager. But the management doesn't care for the truth but who ever is on there "potty" list for the month.

Swimming and exercise room is a joke. Equipment broke and hours for use is for those that stay home and don't work.

If you ever think you will get any of your deposit back that is too funny. You will end up owing them more. Because you can hire someone to come in a paint, clean and do everything and the management will still find things wrong.
