Looks nice on the outside, SCARY on the inside

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
My upstairs neighbors accidentally fell through the ceiling! Right near the front door, the floor in their apartment was sagging. they had called maintenace, who "inspected" it and said it was sound. 2 days later, one of them came home from work and when he stepped inside the front door, he fell through to his knee! It took management 3 weeks to repair it and they didn't even cover the whole with plastic. They just let it be, even after I asked they covered it because i am on oxygen and the neighbors smoked in their house.
I would rather be homeless than live there again!
