The apartments here are extremely over priced compared to other apartment complexes around this area. The only thing they pay for is garbage. You have to pay water, sewer and electricity. The club house area is ok, but the office people use the time you come down there to enjoy a swim in the pool or in the hot tub to talk to you about issues they have. In less than a month, I was told that having a towel hanging over my balcony, which faces into trees and nothing else, was making the apperance of the apartment look worse, when my neighbors have an amazon jungle growing on their balcony, along with the many balcony's with flags supporting their favorite sport teams and tons of kids toys every where all over the other tennants balconys. When approached, I was approached in a less than friendly manner. You can hear everything your neighbor does through the walls. Also, they make you pay for a covered spot and there isn't enough spaces for all the cars that live here, sometimes you have to walk two or three buildings to get to your car. I still live here currently and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else and I haven't lived here long at all and they have already made me feel unwelcome.
