I have lived here twice and my only draw was the pet acceptance. Between then deposit, the pet deposit the rent, the utiltites, and all the other incidental charges, you leave with oweing them your first born. The windows leak, I had uncontrollable mold growing on my window sills and up though the carpet but the sliding glass door. They cleaned the gutters and got crud in my storage closet so I ended up haveing to through out alot of stuff. There are a million unsupervised childern playing in the road and throwing rocks and balls at cars. the managment is rude and unhelpful. A nuber if times cars where hit in the parking lot by drunk drivers!....DON"T move there!
