Management's philosophy is to make a quick buck, that's all. Everything else follows from it. Poor buildings, bad appliances, shoddy construction, bad ethics, unresponsive at most times. The business manager who sits in the rental office always has a defensive attitude. She will give a deaf ear to all your complaints.

This place hosts only newcomers and they move out when their lease expires. There are a lot of cheaper places available and they are atleast 10 times better than these apartments.

You will at best be dissatified, when you realise that there were better choices available. At worst, it will be a total nightmare. Enjoyment doesn't last for long.

And yes, your car will have a few dents and an empty gas tank.
