I recently moved into these apartments. The inside of them is nice, the rent wouldn't be to expensive if they paid for more thanjust the garbage(which is only $30, every 3 mo). For me and my roommate, these apartments fit our needs. Both he and I have well-paying jobs, but they are too expensive. We have had no problems with the staff, they are nice and friendly. Both my roommate and I noticed that they charge for any damage, but yet at the same time, they dont fix whatever it is that they charge for. There are huge pieces of wood missing from our doors, the people who lived there before us had to pay $60 per door, and they are still not replaced. Depending on your needs, these apartments might be good for you, but for others they may not. My first night there I could not sleep because the people on the same side of my room, was sleeping with his wife (loudly!) and the next morning the people that we share a staircase with were fighting inside and outside. In the middle of the night we are able the here the people in the complex across from us, music word for word. Whatever the neighbor is doing you can hear it, and feel it. Personally, I like the apartments,they do have their down falls, but they are nice, and i have had no problems, really.
