I have read the previous reviews and I don't have the complaints they do. I have not had any problems with the staff and I find it a very pleasant place to live. Sure I can hear when the neighbors have their radios up but no more than in any other apartment I have lived in. I think it is pretty normal for apartment living. My utility bill is extremely low and that is a big help. I don't mind paying for the water because of it. When I need maitenance done it is done promptly and I really don't have any complaints.
