Cute! (But way too small for us.)

This was my first home after relocating to Olympia. For the most part, i like these apartments, but i will list both pros and cons:
Negative points (for us): the side we are on is right next to the freeway - too much Hwy. 101 noise; parking is a problem if you don't have one of the guaranteed covered parking slots; water pressure in the shower is horridly lame; and, the bedroom size - we are in one of the 2-bdrm models - they are basically boxes. The smallest one isn't much larger than the walk-in closet at my friend's house. (Unfortunately, I wasn't able to see the size of these rooms before moving here).
The good points are: Cute, clean, very well maintained, rules enforced, friendly staff, nice grounds/well-kept, pretty green belts inside with lots of trees, and a woody area surrounding it. I would like to stay in this area - it's close to everything. Very convenient.
For these apartments, I would recommend a 3-bdrm towards the back road. :D
