Well, if you ENJOY being able to tell what channel the downstairs neighbors are watching because you can hear it through the floor even at moderate levels... Living here was like living in a bubble. Besides the paper thin walls (and floor), the view out of the back of our apt was so close to the backside of a neighboring unit that we could make out the facial features of our neighbors. I feel that I shouldn't have to live with the blinds drawn 24/7 just for an ounce of privacy. Also, the staff was the most unprofessional I've ever seen. Our rental agent gossiped about other renters every time we encountered her and only lived there out of desperation. Also, we would sometimes have to park and walk past 6 or more units with our second car which was most unsafe at night. Don't torture yourself here.
