Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
When we moved in, the carpet was stained and smelly. The landlord was shocked but didn't do anything about it. We have had trouble getting things fixed. All of our neighbors have been evicted during the two years we've lived here, for reasons ranging from non-payment of rent to fighting to having men over at all hours.
