We have been here since May of 2005, and liked the fact that the 1BD apts have W/D in the unit and ours had a huge bathroom. We took an apt by the highway, we don't mind the rush sound of traffic, but the loud neighbors we've had is a different story. The maintenance of the apartment is done often, and is extremely loud and unnecessary. They have recently chopped down all the beautiful trees leaving a massive amount of stumps, and moved all of the dumpsters and recycling bins to the opposite side of the complex, not only inconvenient, but it makes your car stink in transit. Parking is only good if you don't drive anywhere. They have recently gave us a 30 day notice that they are raising the rent $90 and aren't doing anything to improve the apartments. By the way NO utilities are included. I could go on, but have already written a book, so heed my warning: NOT AT ALL WORTH IT!!!!!
