There is a huge mold problem in this complex. I know people who all had mold problems and lived in different buildings in the complex. I have mold in my apartment. Black mold growing on the walls. I asked the office staff about it just to see what they would say, and the office manager said she had not heard of anyone else having mold problem. That is interesting because I know personally two different families who broke their lease and moved out because of mold. I know another family who they came in and "treated" the mold, which meant they painted over it. Like someone else mentioned in their review, I have mold growing on personal objects in my apt. too, not just on the walls.
For some reason they spend a lot of money on making things look nicer but never really improving the quality of anything. It is very inconvenient to only have one location to take the garbage to. They installed a huge compactor and unless you live right next to it, it is far from your unit. People throw all kinds of garbage, furniture, you name it near the compactor. One time we went to take the garbage up there and inside the fence where it was located was about 3 feet high with garbage bags. You could not even enter the area to put your garbage in the compactor. It is like the ghetto.
There are children running all over the place unsupervised. Almost getting hit by cars, and all hours of the evening and night making noise outside. There are grade school kids all the time in the playground area way too big to be playing there and they curse and swear, so I really can't take my toddler to play there.
My apartment is roomy, good size, but like I said....lacking in quality and the customer service here is horrible. They can't keep anything straight. When I moved in I had to fill out paperwork twice because they lost it. I also received notice one time to renew my lease and my lease was not even over. I called them and they acted like, "oh our goof ok".
Do not move here.
