my grandma has lived at Black Lake for 3 years and we have seen a lot of turnover in the rental office but this new staff is the best. The manager listens and talks to people with respect. My grandma's rent was increased but we were able to negotiate a suitable rate for her fixed income. It comforts me to know that when I am away from her these new people really care about who lives here. I can see they are cleaning it up and I just love that! I say, "don't listen to all these mad people leaving, because they are probably the people that for my grandma's sake, I hope continue to leave!"

I never made any trouble at the complex. I could just as easily say that you're probably just one of the employees posting for the benefit of the business.
