Not only are the deposits incredibly high and the rent too high for the space and quality of the apartments, but the noise level is hard to live with. I've lived in apartments before and can adjust to some noise, but this complex has a lot of noise, particularly at night when I'm trying to sleep because I wake up early to work. There is constantly barking dogs, parties with loud music, babies crying, car alarms going off at all hours, and children screaming in the parking lot. It wouldn't be so bad, but the noise is often after 10 p.m. even at 3 and 4 in the morning on weekdays. They also overbilled me on the deposit, and I had to argue with their staff twice before they fixed it. I can't wait to move out.

Just make sure you are very careful when getting your deposit back...They failed to even mention mine on my move out papers and were trying to charge me almost $300 for damage that was there when we moved in.....
