I've been living here for about five years now and it has gotten worse and worse!

This complex has been undergoing a bunch of revamps in the past year or so, presumably to dupe people into renting here. The problem is that they are doing all of this new stuff without considering the current residents.

They took away perfectly good dumpsters and installed ONE trash compactor in a far corner of the complex. They give notices that they are going to come into your apartment on a certain day to do some cockamamie maintenance (replacing blinds, painting doors etc.), whether you are there or not, and after you cancel all plans to stay home they never show up. The repairs and maintenance you do ask for are not taken care of for months after requested.

God help you if you have pets because when they do these maintenance days and you decide not to wait around for them they will come into your apartment and do not watch to make sure your animals aren't hurt or get out. The lawns and parking lots are littered with trash and food, there seems to be no grounds maintenance. The maintenance people leave bolts, screws, nails, and pieces of sharp metal all over the ground. I myself have had to take pieces of this dangerous stuff out of my puppy's mouth.

Parking is abysmal, the only way to make sure you have a parking space is to pay thirty bucks a month for a covered spot, and these are extremely limited.

The managers seem so obsessed with the image of the complex that they don't care about the quality of home environment that they give the residents. As soon as I can afford it I'm moving. Save yourself the annoyance and the cost, don't rent here. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
