Mold, lots of noise, and crazy neighbors

Do NOT rent here. This place has a terrible mold problem and construction issues. No matter how much I clean with bleach, I can t get rid of the mold. My electrical outlets do not work properly. I can hear all my neighbors conversations through the walls. There are fights and kids running around the complex at all hours of the day and night. I am counting the days until I can move out of here.
