at first there wasn t too much to complain about but eventually we realized there was mold growing in every corner and we could hear neighbors cellphones vibrate. the office staff was constantly changing and never all too friendly and as a final F U to us they charged us to replace all the carpeting in our crappy little spot when all it really needed was cleaning. we ended up owing them more than a months rent after we moved out. also since their staff is always changing hardly anyone is fully knowledgeable about their policies; seems to be a lot of confusion and decision making based on their motto which is -- "get 'em for all they got."

they suck.

The extra $200 they charged me, in addition to taking my whole deposit seems to be pretty standard. I've had 8 apartments in my life, and I've ALWAYS gotten at least half of my deposit, because I'm a neat freak and clean for two full days. I don't even wear shoes in my apartments or eat in the living room. Ever. They will charge you extra, because they know its hard to prove otherwise. Count on it.
