This place is rediclous...I have lived here almost a year and i can't wait to get out of here...It is so loud,people let there dogs do there busness anywhere and everywhere and don't pick it up,the ladys in the office are rude as can be,and the fix it guys never come when they say and they do a halfass job....I have a baby and all I hear is the collage kids that live above us stomping up and down the stairs...They don't think where they palce people...Why would u place a fanily with a young child in a unit with a bunch of collage students...ooh and the mold...out of control I have to bleach the windows at least 2 times a week...i would never in a million years recommend anyone to this place...I can't wait till its time to move....
They charge way to much for a hole in the wall
The parking is just stupid...i should not ahve to park down and around the corner from my home...

If someone is witnessed allowing their dog to "do their business" on the community we would absolutely take care of fining them as well as cleaning their mess. We pick up dog feces daily. As for placing college students above you..... There are Fair Housing Laws that prohibit us from steering the college students to a different apartment. If you are upset about the parking situation you are more than welcome to reserve a covered space so you are able to park closer to your home. It is frustrating that you would take your time to post on the internet instead of contacting the office to rectify your problems.

The problem with this is that I have tryed to go to the office and speak with managment and it gets me nowhere...

Its frustrating the management get on here to refute all these claims, rather than simply say, 'sorry we'll fix it'. Maybe spend more time with the residents, walking the grounds, conducting surveys to discover areas for improvement, fixing problems, etc than surfing the internet. If you walked the grounds a few times a day maybe most these problems wouldn't occur. And if you stop robbing people of their deposits, you might get repeat business. Its really not hard to improve. You just have to want to. Now stop reading this and attend to your residents!
