I live above two apartments with mentally and physically handicap individuals. Normally this would be no problem, however they scream all through the night and day. Loud enough that ear plugs and a fan at night cannot drown out the sound. The apt. complex KNEW this before we moved in because these people have been living here for years. we were not told of the problem. They were not flexible about adjusting our rent to adjust for the misery of NEVER sleeping. The management did not return my phone calls, or work with us in any way to fix the situation. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. We will be moving out as soon as our lease is up.
Terrible prices for the quality of the living space. Mold was an issue for us as well. It grows everywhere because of the poor ventilation from showers and dryers.

I feel for you, I live across from your building and I can hear these people. It's agonizing the moaning yelling sound they make!
