For the short while that I have been here, not even a year, I have had 3 leaks in my apartment, 3! and one of them flooded over half of my belongings! Naturally I thought the management staff would compensate me for my water bill or my things, but no, I got told it "shouldn't raise my water bill by barely anything" and if it's above a $10 increase then I'll see that credited. Am I the only one concerned that a flood wouldn't change my water bill' is that why I'm paying so damn much for water' Everyone else in my building is flooding too' I finally started asking my neighbors almost everyone of them had had at least one leak! and that was in just my building! O and don't get me started on repair work! Ha. half done patched holes, left over drywall for me to clean up, a huge blower running for 2 days in my apartment, guess I'll fork over the electric bill too. I'm just so sick of the lack of empathy the management seemed to feel, is this so common they just shrug it off' Please Fix your damn apartments, and management staff too while your at it.
