I lived here for just over 6 months and trust me, they are nothing special. First, the materials they used to build the apartments are ridiculously cheap and the layout is terrible. I got chlostrophobic in the tight little space. They definately aren't worth what you pay for. People let their dogs poop everywhere and in the warmer months, parents let their little kids run everywhere and even come into people's back doors. I know this isn't the management's problem but it's still extremely annoying.
I had a major problem with the noise. I lived on the first floor and heard the people above me every time they went to the bathroom, walked down the hall, turned on the fan and lucky for me, the couple above me put their bed right above mine which i found out at 2 in the morning one day. The people next to me had a baby that cried at all hours of the night. Not their fault but i would've hoped the walls would have been a bit thicker than that.
When i moved out, they took all of my and my roommate's deposit and sent us a bill for over a thousand dollars for things like painting the walls and new carpet. Where did my original deposit go' I have no idea.
Parking is a joke. You have to fight with other tenants to find a spot even remotely close to your apartment.
The management wasn't terrible but you would have to go see them three or four times to get anything taken care of.
Given the choice, i would never live here again. There are much better places to live than this place. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
