I have lived in this apartment for a year now and never was my rent even a day late. The management is horrible no matter what they tell you they will get done it never happens. I payed a 400 dollar pet deposit in the middle of one month and they tried to tell me it was my rent being late. I brought in the checks that I wrote, bank statements, and reciepts and it still took two weeks to get sorted out. I never even got an apology for the rude notices I was recieving. My appliances are old and falling apart and they refuse to come fix them. One month our water heater went out and it took them three weeks to get it taken care of so I had to pay a 189.00 dollar power bill which they should have been responsible for. Our toilet broke and they tried to fix it but it is still broken. Oh yeah and they left a note on our door saying that we get $200 off our next months rent if we renew our lease well we tried to go take advantage of this because we dont have the money to move out yet and they told us that it only applied to the first 15 tenants who renewed. Their note failed to mention this.
