My husband and I lived there for four months. It was a convenient drive to the mall since we both worked there and the only place that seemed nice. It's also right close to restaraunts and grocery stores.
We didn't know that the management was replaced every couple weeks. I think it'd be a much nicer place if they had stable management.
They also can't seem to keep people in the apartments long enough. There were always people moving in and out every month.
The apartments themselves were nice, everything but the balcony (if you like to use yours alot) it felt like it was going to fall everytime we stepped on it. The balconies are also covered in carpet so don't ruin it in any way otherwise it's 200 bucks to replace. We know from experience.
The inside of the apartments were really nice, although the living rooms were set up very awkwardly. The bedroom was huge as well as the closet. There was a lot of storage space in the apartment. The bathrooms were good size as well. The kitchen was huge!
Parking was easy to find during the day, but if you came home past 6 you most likely parked in the overflow parking. Garages cost money as well as the covered parking spots (too much for my tastes).
Overall if you're willing to spend the money for the convenience the place is alright. We were going to move anyway when our lease was up due to the management.
