This goes for the renters as well as managment. I have lived here for over a year (and counting the days till my lease is up!), and have seen people move in and out so fast around here that it would make your head spin. And every month it seems the managers have changed as well. I stopped going in there aa while ago when it got to the point were you cant tell whos in charge and whos not. I suggest sticking to the maintence guys who seem to stick around and are super nice. Heres a rundown of what I like here and what I dont.
I like the ponds, most of the landscaping, except my area is for what ever reason bare of any bushes, or nice plants, just mud and dirt. Parkings been ok, however there are always empty units around so that helps.
I dont like the apartments them selves, which are full of old appliances, poor quality blind /doors/woodworking/cupboards/carpet/vynletc. Noise from neighbors has been an issue in the past just because of poor insulation and managment not doing anything about complaints. People also tend to drive really fast around here too. The've sent letters out, but whats that going to do' Its nice that theres two pools except that they tend not clean then often enough so they get a bit slimy and full of gunk. There is also some unruley kids that no body does anything about. We've had items stolen, our area vandelized and kids bullied. And we are responsible to clean up the messes the other kids make, like when they splattered mud all over the buildings and drew on the posts. Complaints are met with deaf ears so just dont waste your breath. I could go on and on but why, any one reading this can get my point. I've read the other reviews and realized that its obvious the staff as read them, so why dont they try to change' Its really really sad. I am a bit nervous about moving out. I keep in touch with two others that have moved out and how they were charged for things that hade been listed as being broken/stained on their move in reports. So I guess I'll be prepared for a fight. Its all about the money right!
