I loved living there, I lived there for almost 5 years, I was a student at Evergreen, and got a job as a night monitor which really helped my situation, and also gave me a lot of insite into the management, and resident relations. First let me tell you that there was an office person who said she was going to "quit, and she was doing everything she could to slander, and sabatoge Cambridge Court," because she got a job at another place, she even told me how I could go online to apartment ratings and write what ever I wanted about the place. After reading some of the reviews I believe she did exactly what she said she would, and it just seems like a really shady thing to do. So keep that in mind when reading some of these bizare reviews. You can check with the local police department to see the crime statistics in this area ( I did, and the only reported crimes for the past 4 years were the occasional break-in) you can go visit the community, ask to speak with some of the residents. I know there are a lot of residents that love it there, that have lived there for many, many years. I know I did. Thanks
