I would encourage anyone to move to Phase 1 but, for someone with a family I would NOT move into Phase 2. There is an apartment home next to Phase 2 off of Fern street that is a home for SEX OFFENDERS. There is a sign located outside this housing unit warning neighbors etc... I was told from many sources and I had to see for myself! Unless you want to take a chance DON'T DO IT!! Of course this apartment complex wont ever tell you this! Thanx CC!!
