I lived at Cambridge Court for 18 months. I was a widow who was quiet and didn't cause any problems. When I moved out, I hired someone to clean my apt. and it was immaculate. They still found a way to charge me for a new sink that they said I left burn marks in. I marked on my move in report that the sink had marks in it, but since I wasn't specific and said "burn" marks they just had to get the money from me to pay for a sink that obviously should have been replaced before I ever moved in. When I lived there, I recommended people to look at the place and after my move-out experience, I will use every resource at my disposal to tell people to steer clear. They just want to make money off of the residents any way they can including nickle and dimeing their good residents at their move-outs.

The apt. was spacious but not very well laid out. They do have fireplaces, but even with the damper closed, when the wind blows really hard it blows the ashes out of the fireplace all over the hearth. It was messy and I don't ever want a place with a fireplace again.

I wrote a very detailed list of damages to my apartment when I moved in, they actually fixed the small little things I didn't care about, and I got a full return of my deposit after I moved out. It just goes to show that with all things in life you have to look out for your self and take the time to go over the details, so many people just expect everything to be done for them and then get upset when the have to be accountable...
