Ah Cambridge court! where do I start I'll start with the office staff, we've been here since 2004 and the office has turned over more time's than the 2001 Detriot Lions. If you walk in to the cabana granted it is very nice you feel the hate and contempt for the resident, me and my wife have been in there multiple time and seen them turn minorites away saying that they dont have any apartments and knowing very well that half the complex is empty. Covered Parking is the most crazy thing I have seen in my life there are more covered spaces than regular spots so I normaly have to park a building away and walk to my apartment but that can be the norm in the North West. The maintance guys are good to go, I cant fult them they are doing the best they can do. When we moved in the rent was $740 when we renewed our lease It jumped to $815 then the third lease $840 now that is a lot of jumps in two years, This place has a very BAD Mold problem We keep our apt very clean but as soon as we clean the mold it grows back faster and managment is quick to point out that it is your fualt even thoe you done everything in your power to clean it, on a postive note it is very quiet because every one is moving out of here fast as they can. I dont know how this place has gotten any good reviews they have to have been writen by the office staff the move out fee's is just crazy if you put it on your move in sheet they dont care your are going to pay for it any way fair ware and tare not in this place every thing is damage long story short be ready to pay at least $1500 thats right $1500 not a typo. I hope people can come together and put a class action suit agent these guys talk about bad b-ness DONT MOVE HERE JUST ABOUT SUM'S IT UP SAVE YOUR MONE LIVE SOME WHERE ELSE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

I want you to know that if you request a reciept for damages that they say you are responsible for, they must provide you with one. Also if you ask for an itemized list of what they are charging you for they also must provide you with one. Please refer to the RCW laws, you have more rights than you may be aware of.
