I have been a resident here for less than 2 months and I can't wait to move out. The office staff is very unproffesional and rude. I pay alot to live here and I demand respect, as should anyone who pays for a service from someone else. If you are a renter looking for an apartment, DO NOT APPLY HERE! You will pay after living here! Unhappy residents should sign petitions to get some relief from this nonsense.

Giving them a "5" is generous. Since the manager has changed, it has gone downhill. I have lived here for over 2 years and went in to talk to the staff the other day and in the middle of our conversation we were interrupted by a staff member who didn't seem to know how to take a phone call and I was basically "dismissed" so the phone call could be taken by the staff member I was talking to!!! These people can't even take messages so you can be attended to. As soon as my lease is up - I am out of here. My response is anonymous because of retaliation taken against residents.

I agree! We are moving out as soon as possible... We are paying a considerable amount of money for this place the least they could do is hire some better people! Also I am woken up a couple of times a week because of loud work being done outside. It drives me crazy. Also whenever they get a chance to raise prices they do so... RIP OFF

I agree about the office staff. I have had a problem with my downstairs neighbors for two months and I have a documented calendar of calling the office almost every single day and they have done nothing about the people below me. They keep telling me that it takes time, there are legal issues, etc. I keep asking how much more I have to put up with and they won't give me an answer. I ask for the name of the owner's of the complex and they refuse to tell me. If anyone knows who owns the complex, please tell me so that I can contact them and make a formal complaint. Thank you.
