Management is virtually worthless

Management here cannot seem to get things together. Apartment was not cleaned as stated before move-in. When we asked that they clean the parts that were dirty they ignored us. Still has not been cleaned to this day despite two requests. As a bonus, they are also logistically inept apparently, as we paid rent for the month (and they cashed it) and then received a notice to pay or vacate within 3 days.
If you can stand the management, it is a nice apartment and area.
