NEVER ANY PARKING!!! I work evening shift and when I get home I have to park at the front of the complex just to get a space (takes 5-10mins to walk to my apt building!) not convient.. if you want to pay for parking you can probably get a stall near your building.
Rent is raised every six months!!!!
Recent car theft and valdelizem to the mail boxes!!!
Should be renting a house for the price of this rent!!
Appliances are old but work.
