My husband and I moved here from Ft. Sill Oklahoma and had to rent it sight unseen. The staff here was so helpful, especially Ryan. The rent is raised slightly every re-lease (just like everywhere else) but you defintely get your moneys worth. The maint. crew is very nice and helpful, the longest it has ever taken them to fix something was 2 days but it was because of the holiday weekend.

I live on the main floor and I've never had a problem with mold, when you sign the lease they warn you about how to prevent it. The windows do condensate but it's not a waterfall like some on here make it sound.

All in all this place is fantastic. I highly recommend it!
