Very bad management

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
When I moved out they didn't send me a bill for over five months then threatened to send me to collections when I did get a bill. When I paid it they didn't enter it into my record and told my landlord I still hadn't paid for my damages when they had a check in their mail for over a month.
