Not a good choice unless you are desperate

This company values money over people. They are not reliable and the property is run down with future improvements promised but not seen. Do not expect to get your deposit back, this company is notorious about keeping all of it for one reason or another. They do not handle disputes fairly and the property manager does not handle himself well. Noise complaints are on the rise and the crime free environment is a laugh. Crime is also on the rise here. Beware of renting here, ultimately it will not be a good choice to rent here.
