I have lived at Capital Park for more than 6 months now, and it is the best apartment complex you can find for the price. All of the others I have seen were around $600 and higher, just for a single apartment for one person! The prices at Capital Park are reasonable (especially for the studio apts.) and well worth the money. The apartments are spacious and have porches, bathrooms and kitchens, and they are clean and even come with refrigerators, dishwashers and sink disposals, and there is a laundry room in every building. I have heard that this apartment complex used to be rundown, but it has been under new management for the past six months and has been improved dramatically. The staff/management is very friendly and courteous, and the apartments are suited to "real" people who are practical and just want a nice place to live for a reasonable price. The only complaint I would have about Capital Park is the noise level, but that is minor when one considers the advantages of this complex; it is so close to shopping and other conveniences, just a few blocks from the grocery store and Capital Mall. I have enjoyed my stay at Capital Park Apartments- there is no better place in Olympia unless you want to spend a small fortune every month.
