The manager is a loudmouth even though she is friendly. Unfortunately there is no mail delivery box in the mail room so every time you want to send mail you have to go to the office and have a long conversation with the manager to be polite, or go to the post office. I prefer the latter.

The neighbors I've had have been rude since day 1. The neighbors expect you to be 100% quiet (and in bed) after quiet hours, which is the opposite of what I was told when I moved in. At the same time, people are honking their car horns in the parking lot at 2AM or getting in arguments and shouting outside of the building and that is considered OK (you just have to get used to it, etc, so don't complain).

There are a lot of people on disability, and it is section 8 housing. The manager got me in here by saying their sister property was section 8 housing, implying that this property wasn't. I could have gotten more space by moving into their sister property in Lacey so I am not happy with their unethical, misleading sales practices.

The building is run down and the walls are extremely thin. There is no air conditioning and the hot tub is usually not very hot.

When the neighbors say it's a warm complex, they mean it, because on a 75 degree day, my apartment gets in the lower 80s. I can't wait to see how hot it gets when it tops 90 degrees outside.

When you use the laundry facilities after dark, people complain, even though it is explicitly stated by management that laundry facilities remain open 24 hours a day.

I've witnessed some drug dealing and drug use going on around the building but they get away with it because there is no way to pin it to any specific apartment.

I guess you get what you pay for.
