The manager Tammy and the maintenance man Bryan are great people. They make you feel welcome and are very understanding. However, I was very disappointed in the living space. My apartment needed new carpeting and smelled like old cigarette smoke and animals. The walls are very, very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in neighboring apartments, so much so that I felt as if I had no privacy. The people below me would listen to music at 2 am so loud that I could not hear my television when it was at twenty. There were men that would whistle at me when I went to take out the trash and tenants who would not put their unfriendly pets on leashes. The closed hallways were very loud and the aroma in the hallways created by everyone's dinner cooking was almost nauseating. If you just want a cheap place to live with an understanding staff this is the place for you. However, if noise keeps you up at night steer clear of Capital Park.
