Needs new managment, under staffed. Hallways smell really bad. Parking lot needs a good cleaning and repair.

I would not recommend any one that I know to live here.

management watches everyone and everything from her third floor apartment. the parking lot blower can give you a headache and anxiety real bad.and the parking lot does not need blowing. that is something that is already clean with the rain washing it. all kinds of rules they have after the tenant moves in. they don't say before about: no cigarette butts, no littering, no nailing of holiday decorations, etc., no parking like this or that. they take down posting (except their's or their best friends). they don't allow one another helping the other (no unused or unwanted can good. also, no helpful books or magazines to be left at the laundry room. and the #1 problem: in the dark evenings and night, there turn out the parking lot lights, except the manager' apartment and the office. so, so, many things they don't tell you before you sign the lease agreement. ask for copies of a blank lease form before you get all excited at signing it. o, and, really loud dump trucks go in to pick up garbage 3 times a week. another words, any where within the property, it's just as loud as living right in front of the dumpsters!!!! It's horrible living there!!!
