I lived in Capitol Park for about 2.5 years and it was always a great place for the money. The staff is wonderful and the facilities themselves are great for the cost. When you're paying towards the lower end of the rent scale you can't really expect all the amenities some more expensive places offer but I always felt at home there and felt that the place was a great value.

Its a little older and some of the constuction materials are a little on the cheaper side but you have to expect this when living someplace which has a lower cost. The few times I actually had maintenance issues the staff was really good about making sure my needs were met so there's really not much more you can ask for than that.
