I lived here years ago as my first apt., right after new management took over. The rent was very very affordable, and the amenities were spectacular, especially considering the amount I paid for a 1 bedroom. The apt. I was in was pretty small, but they are perfect for singles. I don't know about the 2 or 3 bdrms., but I'm sure they are fine for small families. There was no dishwasher in my apt. at the time I lived there, but that may have changed since then. Overall, it was a good, quiet, safe place to live, and it's close to shopping, which is nice. It only took me 5 minutes to walk to Fred Meyer and South Sound Mall (which is now Target).
