Have watched the maintenance manager be rude to residents, do slip-shod work and then complain if it is questioned. Does not supervise his staff and if they make a mistake he criticized them publicly and cruely. The landscaping has been torn out and not replaced. Residents were promised a fence would take the place of the shrubs they tore out and it hasn't been replaced (shrubs came out about 3-4 months ago). The stumps off the old sign are still there. These look like the projects in Southern California.
